Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Dallas, PA, is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a team member for Lisa Zavada-Rizzo - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
• Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products' role in helping people manage risks and achieve their dreams
• People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, team player, able to multi-task
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
