Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and ensuring that everyone who walks through our door receives exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing phone calls, and maintaining an organized front office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area to ensure a tidy and inviting environment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff members as needed.
  • Provide information to clients and visitors about our services and office procedures.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate staff members.


Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., fax, copier, phone systems).
