Job summary

SERVPRO of Roanoke, Montgomery & Pulaski Counties is seeking an Office Receptionist-Intake Coordinator to be the first friendly voice customers hear and to help keep our operations moving.

You will answer calls, enter leads, dispatch referrals, coordinate production schedules, and maintain documentation while delivering outstanding customer service in a busy, in-person role.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of business experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals accurately.
• Dispatch lead calls and referrals to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor job logistics.
• Maintain call documentation for weekly log reporting.
• Coordinate on-call schedule to maintain coverage.
• Greet visitors and act as primary contact for the office.
• Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and tracking.
