Action AC in San Marcos, California is seeking an HVAC Install Coordinator to act as the operational hub of the installation department. You will own workflow from sale to sign-off, coordinate with Sales Reps and Service Technicians, and ensure contract terms are met.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workflow: Scrutinize job files and ServiceTitan orders to ensure flawless execution from initial sale to final sign-off.
• Bridge the Gap: Partner directly with Sales Reps and Service Technicians to align expectations, eliminate ambiguities, and ensure contract terms are fully met.
• Problem-Solve Proactively: Identify and resolve job-scope discrepancies—such as equipment sizing or space constraints—before teams hit the street.
• Command Logistics: Build detailed materials inventories, requisition supplies, and keep inventory streamlined and job-ready.
• Drive Execution: Manage job scoping, master scheduling, and real-time coordination to deliver a seamless experience for both field crews and clients.
• Champion Customer Experience: Swiftly resolve internal and external concerns with clarity, speed, and professionalism.
