Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Executive with a focus on HVAC for our Gardena, CA based construction projects. You will oversee all phases from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results in commercial and airport sectors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC project management, a engineering or construction management background, and strong leadership plus client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in HVAC for commercial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience with PM processes, strategies, and methods.
• Experience with PM software tools and best practices.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex HVAC projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of HVAC project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety and environmental regs.
• Lead teams and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Present project updates to clients and teams.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors.
• Identify risks and implement timely solutions.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
