Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 4–6 years of marketing experience with emphasis on digital campaigns.
• Hands-on with paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and performance reporting.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day campaign management across the office portfolio.
• Coordinate with digital marketing agency and external resources.
• Monitor SA360 and CM360 analytics, bids, and attribution.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences for leasing teams.
• Support branding, collateral, and asset updates across properties.
• Collaborate with partnerships teams on activations and events.
