Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of senior digital marketing, content strategy, or website management.
• Experience leading large B2B websites with SEO, UX, and lead gen.
• Proficiency with analytics, CMS, and reporting tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Industry experience in real estate, financial services, tech, hospitality, or luxury goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy and editorial direction for the corporate website and digital channels.
• Create content calendars, messaging frameworks, and storytelling opportunities aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source content and oversee production with designers, writers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies.
• Review and edit digital content to ensure consistency in voice, quality, and brand standards.
• Own the corporate website as Related Ross's primary digital marketing and lead generation platform.
• Optimize website content, navigation, and user experience to increase engagement and conversions.
• Lead SEO strategy, including content optimization, keyword planning, and coordination on technical SEO improvements.
• Partner with developers and digital agencies to continuously enhance website functionality and performance.
• Monitor website performance and user behavior through analytics and reporting tools and track key performance indicators.
• Analyze content and website performance to identify trends and recommend improvements that drive measurable business results.
• Develop creative briefs and manage digital content production from concept through launch.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
• Create opportunities for digital cross‑selling across the company’s verticals.
