Related Ross is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Office Portfolio in West Palm Beach. You will lead day-to-day campaign management, coordinate with the digital agency, and drive performance reporting across a growing set of properties in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Wellington.

The role covers paid search, paid social, display, CRM, and collateral development, with emphasis on both analytics and creative execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing, with digital campaign focus.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
• CRM proficiency and performance reporting.
• Experience managing external agencies.
• Commercial real estate or B2B marketing background preferred but not required.
• Organized self-starter managing multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficient inOffice, Canva, Asana, and GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across the office portfolio.
• Oversee SA360 and CM360 analytics platforms and Google Analytics; optimize bids.
• Manage the ad calendar and budgets; ensure timely launches.
• Analyze data weekly and provide optimization insights.
• Manage CRM data and leads through leasing funnel.
• Build dashboards for real-time pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with brokers to align KPIs with deals.
• Update leasing materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Support tenant acquisition events and partnerships.
