Job summary

Outwork Industries is seeking a Growth and Marketing Manager to own growth and marketing across the Outwork portfolio. This is a fully operational role: you will design campaigns, set strategy, execute across channels, report on performance, and speak directly with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on growth or digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record running paid social and paid search campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Working fluency in email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills: read data, draw conclusions, and act on them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to clients and executives.
• Self-directed and accountable: manage your own workload and deliver without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google, from strategy through creative briefing, buildout, optimization, and reporting.
• Own email and SMS marketing, including campaign calendars, flows, segmentation, and deliverability (Klaviyo experience preferred).
• Develop and execute SEO and organic social strategies across portfolio brands.
• Plan and manage content marketing initiatives in partnership with the creative team.
• Build reporting dashboards and deliver clear, regular performance reporting to leadership, clients, and partners.
• Communicate directly with clients and partners on strategy, results, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with art and development teams on landing pages, creative assets, and site experiences.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and channel mix to hit growth and efficiency targets.
