Related Ross is seeking a General Manager for our new Class A lifestyle office in West Palm Beach. You will oversee property operations, financial performance, reporting, and tenant relationships, leading staff and vendors to deliver exceptional service and value.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a strategic mindset to align owner and tenant needs with industry best practices. Experience with Class A assets and hospitality background are desirable.

Qualifications

10+ years of operations management experience.
Experience with Class A assets is desirable.
Hospitality background desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Understanding of property management issues.
Leadership and team-building abilities.
Ability to prepare reports and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead team across multiple disciplines to deliver Class A+ operational management including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and security.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests through pro-active, results-driven interactions.
Develop budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare variance reports.
Oversee procurement, contracts, and service delivery with vendors and contractors.
Coordinate with Asset Manager and Director of Engineering on capital projects and building improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing on tenant events and outreach.
