The Office Operations Support position provides administrative assistance across several areas of the business. The role will begin with a strong focus on organization, documentation, data entry, recordkeeping, and general office support.
Over time, the individual in this position will become familiar with customer orders, purchasing, production, shipping and receiving, supplier coordination, and other operational functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks.
This role involves working throughout office, production, and warehouse areas. Candidates must be able to regularly sit, stand, and walk and occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
The position is designed for someone who is comfortable starting with foundational administrative responsibilities and gradually expanding their role as they learn the business.
