Job summary

Blue Line Distribution is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in the United States to lead the department, streamline processes, and ensure customers are consistently served. You will oversee office staff, handle billing, inventory controls and service requests while maintaining precise records and timely actions.

You will also supervise performance, coordinate scheduling, and mentor team members to uphold efficiency and quality standards across daily operations and special projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business administration, accounting or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in customer service, billing, inventory control or warehouse administration.
• Minimum of two years in supervision or leadership with coaching and direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and WMS.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent communication.
• Ability to foster strong working relationships and handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees workflow of office staff and ensures customer needs are met.
• Manages daily billing, inventory, credit memos and special billings.
• Reviews and approves replenishment, inventory and credit adjustments.
• Resolves escalated customer service issues; advises management.
• Maintains inventory of office supplies, labels, invoices, toner and printers.
• Leads staff training and performance management; adheres to quality/safety programs.
• Schedules department hours, tracks time off, and processes payroll hours.
• Acts as point of contact for new customers; coordinates deliveries and installations.
• Organizes company events and fosters team support.
• Processes equipment orders; communicates with warehouse.
• Shares new product information with customers and internal teams.
• Processes Non-Food purchase orders; updates BAM alerts as needed.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
