Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, accounting or related discipline is required.
• Minimum three years in customer service, billing, inventory control, or warehouse administration.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees workflow of the customer service department to ensure efficiency and accurate service.
• Manages daily transactions related to customer billing, inventory, credit memos and special billings.
