Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation’s largest home-based care providers, is hiring to support and streamline office operations. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork to back care teams in the Tampa area.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic tech skills, and a valid driver license. In-office attendance is essential to achieve Enhabit objectives and collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Basic technology skills including mobile device operation.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Experience in health care admin, records scheduling, or HR is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support all office operations to ensure tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Assist leadership to provide resources and support to staff.
• Contribute to daily office operations and cover roles as needed.
