Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an office operations assistant to support daily tasks, coordinate resources, and help leadership guide staff. The role emphasizes in‑office presence to enable supervision, teamwork, and efficient task completion.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic tech skills, and a valid driver's license. Prior home health/office admin experience is preferred, with familiarity in medical records scheduling and Homecare Homebase.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Intermediate technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Experience in home health or hospice medical records scheduling or office admin/HR preferred (1 year).
• Prefer 6 months experience in medical records in a health care office.

Responsibilities

• Support all office operations to ensure tasks are performed timely and accurately.
• Assist leadership to ensure employees are supported and guided to the correct resources or personnel.
• Serve in and support any role as needed to contribute to daily office operations.
