Responsibilities
Reconcile sales software and accounting software transactions.
Handle A/R and prepare deposits for bank run.
Negotiate pricing with vendors.
Manage the day to day operations of Customer Service Rep.
Answer inbound phone calls during business hours.
Pre-screen incoming leads/potential customers.
Respond to voicemails and/or messages.
Manage inbound email correspondence.
Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
Schedule estimate appointments using customer software.
Quote product by telephone for potential clients.
Assist Estimators with follow-up on pending estimates.
Strategically schedule work appointments for Installation Techs.
Troubleshoot issues with GM/vendors and Technicians.
Check order confirmations from fabricators/vendors.
Oversee proper filing of daily work orders.
Process timesheets for payroll processing.

Education
HS Diploma or equivalent
