We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist with deep Shopify expertise and strong hands‑on experience managing returns, refunds, and customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our online customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and care of the MARBELIZ brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social channels in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
• Resolve order issues, product questions, sizing guidance, shipping updates, and delivery concerns
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and meet established response-time SLAs
• Inspecting returns and and confirm products are in good condition
• Pack and label inventory

Returns, Refunds & Claims Management

• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently through Shopify and related systems
• Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• Coordinate with the warehouse/fulfillment team on return authorizations and restocking
• Document and track claims, elevate when necessary, and ensure fair resolution for both the customer and the company

Shopify & Order Management

• Manage day-to-day order processing, edits, cancellations, and fulfillment updates within Shopify
• Monitor inventory levels, product listings, and order status
• Assist with basic product content updates and troubleshooting on the Shopify store when needed

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to help reduce returns and improve processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or fashion/apparel

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in fashion is a plus
• Ability to work on‑site in Plano, TX, manage multiple inquiries at once, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
