Job summary

MARBELIZ in Richardson, TX is seeking a Product Labeling & Inventory Assistant. This full-time, on-site role focuses on accurate product labeling, receiving, packing, and maintaining organized inventory to support efficient warehouse operations.

You will log inventory data, count stock, generate simple reports, and collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order fulfillment. No remote work is offered; training is provided.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Product Labeling & Inventory Assistant - is a full-time, on-site position based in Richardson, TX. This role is responsible for accurately labeling products, preparing items for storage or shipment, and maintaining organized inventory areas. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with shipping and receiving activities, updating inventory records, counting and verifying physical inventory, and ensuring that all items are correctly tagged and stored. The assistant will use computer systems to log inventory data, track product movements, and generate basic reports, while communicating with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or issues. This position supports smooth warehouse operations, compliance with internal procedures, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control, including handling incoming and outgoing products and maintaining accurate records is prefered.
• Ability to perform Physical Inventory tasks such as counting, verifying, and reconciling stock levels.
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, team members, and other departments.
• Basic Computer Literacy, including using inventory software, spreadsheets, and email.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow labeling and documentation procedures consistently.
• Capability to stand, lift, and move products safely in a warehouse or storage environment.
• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory roles is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn and follow safety practices required.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to turn into a full-time role.
