Job summary

Marbeliz is seeking a creative, highly organized Fashion Designer & Operations Assistant in a hybrid role. You will contribute to design development (with a focus on women's dresses) and support day-to-day operations, including inventory and platform management across NuOrder, Apparel Magic, and Shopify.

Ideal candidates have fashion design experience, strong sketches/tech pack skills, and a passion for coordinating between design and operations to drive the brand forward.

Qualifications

• Fashion design background or related experience preferred.
• Ability to create sketches and tech packs (Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating new fashion designs focused on Western dresses.
• Develop sketches, drawings, and tech packs; collaborate with patternmakers.
• Support inventory, orders, and data across NuOrder, Apparel Magic, and Shopify.
• Manage product data, inventory tracking, and order management across platforms.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and fulfillment partners.
