A leading company in online accessibility is seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant in New York City. This dual role involves managing office operations and providing high-level support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring a productive and engaging employee experience. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and experience in a high-growth tech environment.
We are looking for a proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our HR team and help drive a culture of engagement, belonging, and efficiency. Based in our NYC office, you’ll manage daily operations, ensure a productive workspace, and deliver a seamless employee experience.In this dual role, you’ll also support our CEO and our executive leadership with high-level administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential communications.
You’ll be part of the HR team and collaborate closely with IT, Facilities, and leaders across the company to create an exceptional day-to-day experience for employees and executives alike.
