Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage human resources functions effectively, while also providing support in legal and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in office processes.
  • Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist with legal documentation and compliance processes as needed.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Support the management team with various projects and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes, particularly in personal injury cases is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
