Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain customer relationships, including follow-up as needed.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
3. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred

• Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products and their role in helping people manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their dreams
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Bilingual in Spanish required
