Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and responsible Office Manager to oversee administrative, financial, and executive at our production plant located in Okeechobee, Florida. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, supporting decision-making processes, and efficiently coordinating internal resources.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate all administrative functions within the production plant.
-Support financial operations
-Provide executive assistance to management
-Maintain and update operational, financial, and HR documentation
-Manage purchasing activities and monitor administrative inventory
-Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and permissions.
Key Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or production environments.
-Knowledge of accounting processes and budget management.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (flexible)
