Local Service Co is seeking an experienced Office Mgr / Customer Service Rep who handles phones, messages, customer interactions, appointment scheduling, and proposal typing. You will follow up, pull/close permits, complete warranty docs, manage tech dispatch, and oversee office supplies and orders. On-site only, not remote.

You must be personable, proactive, and capable of coordinating with the marketing team to drive service quality and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Experience in answering phones, taking messages, and speaking with customers.
• Proficiency in typing proposals, emailing, and following up with clients.
• Experience with pulling and closing permits and completing warranty documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephones and take messages, greet customers and set up appointments.
• Type proposals, email communications, and perform follow-up calls.
• Pull, close permits and complete warranty paperwork, and handle tech dispatch.
• Maintain office supplies, filing, and place product orders and service orders.
• Be the point of contact for advertising with the external marketing team.
