We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
  • Order office supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
