The role emphasizes advanced Excel skills, strong organization, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with brain, spinal, or stroke injuries. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits within a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative office experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data entry skills required.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medical office insurance billing preferred.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations at the location.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and standardized processes to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee client billing and collaborate with leadership and billing staff for reimbursement.
• Supervise accounts payable and address late payments or issues promptly.
• Serve as a liaison to corporate departments handling finance, HRIS, billing and payroll.
