Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage patient access and insurance workflows within a fast-paced setting. You will coordinate admissions, verify benefits, and communicate clearly with patients, clinical teams, and providers to ensure smooth onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in business or healthcare, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred.
• Related admissions and medical insurance work experience will be considered in place of degree
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
