The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience, and certifications in HIPAA, AML, and tobacco/alcohol as applicable. Excellent customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED and two or more years of related experience required.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC) within 2 weeks where applicable.
• Must obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

• Oversees store office money flow and processes customer transactions.
• Trains and develops office partners; plans, assigns and directs work.
• Ensures AML and monetary regulation compliance; reviews money orders and related activities.
• Balances drawers and prepares bank deposits; maintains accurate records.
• Maintains office records and reports; coordinates with retail support staff.
• Provides friendly customer service and assists cashiers as needed.
