Bug House Pest Control is hiring an Office Manager (Administrative) to join our Georgia team. You’ll serve as the critical link between customers and service professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations and top-notch service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in operations, proficiency with Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, and a high school diploma. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Bug House Pest Control or operational functions.
• Proficiency with Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reflects your Mission: Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client.
• Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity.
• Create a culture of learning, which coaching both current and new CSR staff members.
• Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch.
• Produces/Manage branch production reports.
• Manages branch collections – credits and cancels accounts.
• Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager.
