Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point between customers and service professionals.
• Supervise office staff and implement office procedures.
• Report and track productivity; create a culture of learning and coaching.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain branch reports.
• Assist in staffing decisions with HR and Service Center Operations Manager.
• Support accounts receivable activities including credits and cancellations.
