Bug House is seeking an Office Manager for its Pest Control team. No pest control experience is required; training will be provided to ensure customer safety and high-quality service.

The role focuses on coordinating daily office operations, supporting service professionals, and upholding exceptional customer service standards across the branch. You will supervise office staff, maintain productivity, and collaborate with HR and Service Center Operations to drive results.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in operational functions, preferably within Bug House Pest Control.
• Excellent knowledge of Bug House systems such as Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Acts with integrity and keeps commitments.
• Serves as a Bug House Brand Ambassador, maintaining professionalism and image standards.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrates coaching and development ability with strong written and verbal communication.

• Create a culture of learning, coaching both current and new CSR staff members.
• Handle customer complaint escalations for the branch.

• Participate in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager.
