Bug House Pest Control in Georgia is seeking an Office Manager (Administrative) to coordinate front-office activities, support service teams, and ensure smooth branch operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing tasks efficiently, and upholding the company’s service standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in pest control operations
• Proficient with Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client
• Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity
• Create a culture of learning, coaching both current and new CSR staff
• Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch
• Produces/Manage branch production reports
• Manages branch collections – credits and cancels accounts
• Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 to 4 years of experience with Bug House Pest Control; including experience in operational functions
• Excellent knowledge of Bug House systems such as Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Acts with integrity by keeping commitments
• Serves as a Bug House Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Demonstrate coaching and development ability through strong written and verbal communication
