Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Manage payroll and monthly/ quarterly tax filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and banking activities.
• Oversee job costing, inventory and construction project accounting.
• Prepare purchase orders and supplier communications.
