ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an Office Manager to handle billing, AR/AP, and customer setup in our systems. You will coordinate with customers and technicians and help maintain the office, break room, and warehouse.

Requirements include 1+ year of office management or accounting experience (pool industry preferred), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and no felony convictions.

Competenze

• 1+ year of office management and/or accounting experience (pool industry experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No felony convictions (background check required).

Mansioni

• Manages billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Sends past due notices and follows up with customers.
• Sets up new customers and routes them in the system.
• Oversees and maintains the office space, break room, warehouse, etc.
• Communicates with customers and technicians.
