This is a full-time, onsite role reporting directly to our CEO. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our company—managing everything from AP/AR and payroll to HR and IT coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Own AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, costing, and reporting
• Run payroll and manage insurance policies
• Oversee office operations and liaise with IT vendors
• Handle HR tasks including onboarding, compliance, and benefits
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and office management
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and HR practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working independently
• $75,000–$80,000 annual salary
• Quarterly + annual bonuses (up to $6–7K/year)
• 2 weeks vacation + 5 personal days + national holidays off
• $400/month health & welfare allowance
