Prior experience working within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is strongly preferred and will be heavily considered during the hiring process.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the clinic and plays a critical role in supporting client services, scheduling, intake coordination, staff communication, and overall clinic organization. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, communicates professionally, solves problems independently, and genuinely enjoys helping teams and families succeed.
This is an excellent long-term growth opportunity for someone seeking to grow within a stable and expanding ABA organization.
This role requires professionalism, strong follow-through, emotional maturity, and the ability to multitask effectively within a fast-moving clinic environment. Responsibilities are based on the Autism Center of Excellence Office Manager roles and responsibilities documentation.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations Monday through Friday; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
