Autism Center of Excellence is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA in Fayetteville, NC.

Position Responsibilities

• Support clinical oversight and quality assurance across assigned programs
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
• Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment planning
• Review client progress and provide clinical guidance to team members
