Job description

The Office Manager is the glue that holds Topgolf together. They provide the behind-the-scenes support our team needs to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to our Guests. They manage and execute administrative functions that keep the venue operating efficiently.

Office Managers are the ultimate multi-taskers, communicators, and prioritizers. They handle various Human Resources, Accounting, and Procurement responsibilities to ensure our Associates are well cared for and our venues run smoothly.

Base Salary: $55,000-$67,200 based on experience. Position also includes a competitive quarterly bonus, merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package!

How You’ll Do It
  1. Function as site liaison for Home Office HR/Associate Relations issues.
  2. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  3. Administer HR and Payroll systems.
  4. Process bi-weekly Payroll.
  5. Process invoices and follow up with vendors.
  6. Assist with new hire onboarding.
  7. Create and maintain personnel files.
  8. Provide financial support through petty cash handling, safe counts, change orders, and daily cash reconciliations.
  9. Administer Associate tips.
  10. Order office supplies.
  11. Supervise a team of Admins, providing service excellence.
  12. Coach and develop the Admin team and drive engagement.
  13. Delegate tasks effectively.

  15. Maximize profit and revenue.
  16. Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager.
What We’re Looking For
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2+ years of experience in an office environment in a similar role.
  3. 1+ year of experience in HR or Payroll functions.
  4. Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management, and organization skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Energy and enthusiasm.
  7. Ability to work on a team.
  8. High self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity.
  9. Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
