The Office Manager will work closely with the operations team to oversee the day-to-day management of Cornerstone’s physical office spaces and serve as a central resource for building operations, office construction and buildout projects, and other firmwide workplace needs.
The Office Manager will be responsible for keeping office projects organized, anticipating office operational needs, and helping ensure that Cornerstone’s office spaces are functional, professional, welcoming, and reflective of the firm’s culture.
The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in office management, facilities management, operations, project coordination, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience supporting office buildouts, relocations, or multi-office operations and who are comfortable managing vendor relationships, facilities projects, and administrative operations in a professional services environment.
Base salary for this position shall be based on experience and level of education and range from $75,000 to $95,000. Employees are eligible for annual performance-based bonuses as well as full coverage of medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance premiums. In addition, employees are eligible to receive a 401(k) employer match and shares in the firm’s employee stock ownership plan upon entering the plan. Employees are eligible for paid time off and additional fringe benefits to perform their job duties (e.g., parking, cell phone coverage).
