Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Ohio.
• 3+ years managing commercial or personal lines accounts.
• Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management software.
• Strong organizational habits and deadlines.
• Clear, articulate communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the office.
• Provide service for Commercial Lines Clients.
• Support the Personal Line Account Manager to continuously improve operational workflows.
• Review upcoming renewals to ensure coverage remains appropriate and competitive for our policyholders.
• Process routine policy changes and endorsements accurately and with strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate with our carrier partners to resolve billing inquiries or coverage questions promptly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files for every account under your care.
• Educate clients on their policy options, helping them understand the value behind their specific coverage.

• Experience navigating carrier portals to secure policy documents and endorsements.
