• Support the Personal Lines PM to improve workflows.
• Review renewals to ensure coverage remains appropriate.
• Process policy changes and endorsements accurately.
• Coordinate with carrier partners to resolve billing inquiries.
• Maintain organized digital files for each account.
• Educate clients on policy options and value.
