Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing, family-owned insurance agency in Ohio. This client-focused role focuses on servicing accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction in a collaborative environment.

You will handle endorsements, certificates, audits, policy changes, and claims reporting while working closely with producers and underwriters to resolve coverage issues and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Lines experience.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines coverages (BOP, GL, Property, Workers'Comp, Umbrella, Auto).
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide day-to-day client servicing, including endorsements, certificates, audits, policy changes, and claims reporting/follow-up.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters to resolve coverage or service issues.
• Assist producers with submissions and follow-ups.
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with agency standards.
• Assist with new and renewal quoting and remarketing when necessary.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $67,000–$85,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
