Job Summary: The responsibilities of an Office Manager include answering the phone, ordering printer ink, managing files, organizing payroll, or performing any number of important tasks required in every office.

Office Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Greet and interact with clients, prospective clientsand their families
  • Work cooperatively with fellow employees
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in aprofessional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Manage billing and collections, claim filing, facilityadmissions and discharge operations
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and otherdocuments
  • Create and update procedures for dealing withclients
  • Ordering office supplies as needed
  • Assist in scheduling, hiring staff and otheradministrative tasks as needed

Office Manager Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Associate’s degree or higher level of educationpreferred
  • Excellent communication skills and acompassionate demeanor
  • Outgoing and positive attitude
  • Professional presentation
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle scheduleflexibility
  • A professional appearance
