Description

The Carlstar Division of Titan International is seeking a Distribution Center Office Administrator based out of the McDonough, GA distribution office. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to site leadership including answering coordination of office projects, assisting with basic questions, and coordination of company events.

The successful candidate in this role will be an excellent communicator, well organized, and can work unsupervised on a variety of projects while meeting deadlines for critical projects.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative tasks and coordinate onsite meetings and events as needed by leadership including recordkeeping.
  • Coordinates with various teams and leadership to keep metrics and program goals organized and on track
  • Takes detailed notes during meetings and discussions; and distributes notes as follow up
  • Works with cross functional teams to share site productivity and financial metrics with corporate functions
  • Responsible for maintaining and securing supplies through purchasing process.
  • Works with leadership to assist in building culture of accountability, team work, and continuous improvement
Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree in Business preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management or administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work.
