Team Contractors TX is seeking an organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our Rockwall, TX office. This full-time on-site role supports project teams, vendors, and staff, ensuring efficient administrative processes and accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment. On-site hours are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with vendor coordination, supporting basic accounting or invoicing tasks, and maintaining an organized, safe, and productive office environment.

Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
AIA Contracts/ Progress Billing/ Pay Applications
Sub-Contractors agreements/ 1099’s
Reconcile CC accounts & bank accounts
Create Job folders for projects and receive estimates from Sub-Contractors
Coordinate and support office events and meetings.
Assist with onboarding new employees and provide administrative support to staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail and phone calls.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software: QuickBooks, MS Office, Excell spread sheets, Microsoft live Meeting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
