Job Description
  • Our client is looking for passionate innovators eager to shape the future of the Defense industry. If you're mission-driven to collaborate globally on life-saving solutions, explore our current opportunities.
  • The Office Manager will ensure the smooth operation of our newly opened 2,700 sq ft Arlington office and provide administrative support across all functions at this site, including purchasing, asset management, IT/network liaison, mail management, conference room coordination, travel, catering, security, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with senior management to ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
  • Maintain communication and cooperation with other client sites, with a focus on standard procedures and documentation.
  • This position operates with local autonomy, aiming to maintain 100% uptime of the office, equipment, and computer networks despite outages at other sites.

  • We seek someone who enjoys collaboration, works independently with a proactive approach, manages time effectively, and possesses excellent listening and communication skills.
  • The role requires onsite presence 5 days a week, with periodic adjustments for external client visits.
