Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant’s education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source.
The Office Manager provides advanced administrative coordination and operational support for the Office of Graduate and International Programs and Graduate Admissions. The position ensures efficient day-to-day office functioning by coordinating processes, managing transactions, supporting recruitment and student engagement activities, maintaining records, and serving as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external partners. The role organizes workflow, facilitates communication, and supports departmental operations while overseeing student workers and maintaining consistent service delivery. This position is fully on-site at Temple’s Main Campus.
