The Office Manager will own the day-to-day experience of the Palo Alto office, helping create an organized, welcoming, and engaging environment for employees and guests. This role combines office operations, workplace experience, vendor and supply coordination, employee events, guest hospitality, and onboarding/offboarding support. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of office needs without waiting for direction. This person will also serve as a welcoming face of the office for employees, clients, investors, and other visitors.
This temporary opportunity offers $30.00 per hour and is anticipated to last at least 6 months , with the potential to convert to a full-time position. The organization prefers someone who can work onsite in Palo Alto, CA , with flexibility for a hybrid schedule of approximately three onsite days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday.
