Union Horse Distilling Company is looking for an Office Manager position. This person will be responsible for communication, administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.
We are looking for an Office Manager who is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks.
The Office Manager should be able to work independently with little or no supervision. They should also be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office.
· Ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
· Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
· Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
· Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
· Manage relationships with vendors, and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
· Procure contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
· Provide general support to visitors
· Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
· Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
· Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
· Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
· Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and ordering as needed.
· Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
· Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

Flexibility to help adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
