We’re seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Montgomery County Residential Programs team in Norristown, PA.

You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly, support employees and program leadership, maintain critical records and compliance requirements, and provide oversight to administrative staff.

Montgomery County Residential Programs, part of Resources for Human Development (RHD), provides services and supports designed to help individuals achieve greater stability, independence, and success.
As the Office Manager, you’ll support the administrative side of these services and work closely with program leadership and employees to help ensure the program operates efficiently and remains organized and compliant.
As the Office Manager, you will support the program’s daily operations and oversee a variety of administrative functions, including office administration, fiscal processes, employee documentation, training compliance, and human resources support.
You’ll also provide supervision to administrative staff and help ensure the office has the systems, documentation, and resources needed to operate effectively.
